Climbing the Via Ferrata of Pont-à-Lesse, near Dinant

Everyone is welcome on this exciting half-day via ferrata program in the Lesse valley (Vallée de la Lesse). Additionally, some basic rock climbing, via cordata and abseiling are all possible on this thrilling adventure led by a certified local climbing instructor.

You will meet your guide in the parking lot of the Castel Hotel in Pont a Lesse, located in the heart of 25 hectares of beautiful green space. From there, you will follow a route with a long ridge that leads to a rocky summit, from where you can abseil down. You will love the taste of via ferrata by the time you are done, and will probably want to come back for more!

This program is perfect for groups of friends, families, or adventurers who want to try out this exciting activity for the first time.

Kids (ideally above 11 years old) are welcome to join, and so are people with little experience in adventure sports. The tour takes around 3 hours. Depending on the age of the participants, a climbing instructor will take maximum 5 to 6 climbers with him/her. If your group is larger, other instructors will join.

The price for a private experience is 56 € per person for a group of 6 and it covers the guiding fee. Access to the rock, and insurance (5€ for participants <18 years old, 10€ for the others) are not included unless you are a member of the alpine club. Equipment rental is 5 € and includes harness, helmet, quickdraws, rope, belaying device, and a via ferrata set.
