Learn how to run, improve your level, maintain or strengthen your physical condition or even prepare for races.
The sessions offer
- One-hour sessions supervised by a TraKKs coach
- analysis of the stride and motor pattern at the TraKKs Lab
- training programme based on the objectives
- the drawing-up of a standard programme per week

Group Coaching
TraKKs offers group coaching packs. Each pack contains 24 sessions spread out over 3 months starting from the Uccle store. To find out the date of the new sessions, please contact us on : coaching@trakks.be
