Catherine Lallemand
Catherine graduated in physical education in 2001 and has been running since 1992. She started off in cross-country and track before embarking on mountain races and then on to the marathon with a personal best of 2h36.
A 7-time champion of Belgium, all disciplines combined : Having won the 20 km of Brussels four times (PB: 1 h 10) and a European mountain championship (2003), it is quite natural that Catherine turned to coaching after graduating from the Physical Coaching Academy as a personal trainer.
She has also followed training on the prevention of running injuries (the Runners’ Clinic) and in addition, studied motor preferences (neuroscience).
Catherine’s aim is to convey her passion through her coaching sessions and to provide her runners with the best possible chance of success.
